Returns and Exchanges 

We want you to love everything you order from Infresca, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to initiate a return.

Products must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Please note that monogrammed items, limited edition collections, and Lucky Bags are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Returns can be issued as store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or an instant refund to your bank account. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not covered, and you will be responsible for the item until it is delivered and inspected. You can purchase a return label directly from us, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Product

For order issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide a photo, order number, or proof of purchase. Infresca reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the return criteria.

Return Process

To return an unused product, please contact us, and a customer service consultant will review your request.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item, including shipping to the Infresca warehouse and any return shipping costs to the customer. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost of the order will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
